This Lead Maintenance and Repainting Supervisor Initial training course is designed for those who will supervise projects for compliance with Maryland's Lead Paint Risk Reduction Standard in rental properties. Detailed hands-on activities allow students the opportunity to become comfortable with performing risk reduction procedures. A certificate of completion and Maryland photo identification card are provided for each student upon successful completion of the course.

Its hard to be fair in this rating bc we had two dif instructors. If Steve is your instructor you will enjoy the class. I can't say the same for the other instructor.
