This course is held over two day of intense training in identification of tile and stone, terminology to use when conducting an estimate, maintenance, sanding out etching, polishing calcium stone, techniques of repair. This course is designed to give the carpet cleaner, water damage restoration technician and janitorial personnel a working understanding of what to use and not to use on most common man made tiles and stone, with hands on training demonstrating the procedures necessary to maintain tile and stone. This course is intended for someone who has been in the cleaning industry for a few years. Attending this course will give you the knowledge and confidence you’ll need to succeed in tile and stone care.
