Benchmark specializes in safety training and is accredited by various state agencies including the Department of Labor Standards (DLS), The Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS), the Executive Office of Public Safety (EOPPS) and the Department of Public Health. Our instructors have a combined 33 years of experience in the industry as both a licensed contractor and lead paint inspector. Our hands-on experience in the field will make your training more meaningful and easier to understand. We work in the field and understand the obstacles you face when running your business and trying to comply with the regulations.

Christine presented the course in an easygoing manner that very effectively conveyed the class material. She explained the laws, used real world examples of how the laws regulate actions in the field, and tested on the materials presented. It was also interactive in that we had to demonstrate how to put up a barrier to a containment area, as well as proper use of personal protective equipment. It was an enjoyable, informative, and rather fun class.

Christine is an awesome instructor! I had her as an instructor two years ago too. She makes the class interesting while at the same time teaching you about the new codes/laws/updates. It's a very informative class. I hope she continues to teach she is the best!!

The trainer was excellent! I was nervous going in but Cristine from Benchmark quickley took that away, I am NOT a classroom person as most in my field aren't. She explained herself very clearly with easy to understand terminology. Christine was very friendly and out going, easy to like which makes learning a lot easier. Christine gets an A in my book!

When taking CEU's The fear is that you'll be trapped in a 12 hour time warp, kind of a contractor detention. Our instructor Christine was energized and worked hard to keep the pace and interest level high and also to draw upon the real life experiences of the attendee's to everyones benefit. This is something you can't get with an online course.

My past experience includes teaching secondary graduate level as well as VP in a large co. his instructor handled a very mixed group of individuals in an area that has changed significantly from their 1st training 5 yrs ago did a fine job. She also did it with some humor.
