This Power System Basics for Non-Electrical Professionals webianr provides students with a working knowledge of electric power systems operations. This course covers generation, transmission, distribution, consumption including household wiring, control, energy management. and safety. 

The course starts with basic electrical concepts and terminology, a review of basic math for power systems, and then discusses High Voltage Equipment and then System Operations.  The basic designs, construction practices, and system operations are explained for power plants, substations and transmission and distribution facilities are discussed.
