Water Distribution Operator State Exam Prep Courses
The mission of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is to preserve and enhance the quality of California's water resources and ensure their proper allocation and efficient use for the benefit of present and future generations. One aspect to accomplishing this mission is to ensure that operators of wastewater treatment facilities in the State meet the minimum level of competence; thereby, protecting the public health and the environment. The Legislature has given the State Water Board this responsibility.
This Water Distribution Operator State Exam Prep course will help prepare students for their CA DHS Distribution Operator exam. Grade levels D1-D4 are covered. Eight (8) contact hours are earned at the completion of the training.

This course was very informative and thorough involving all materials that will be covered on the exam. I am quite pleased that I invested the time to experience this course because I truly feel more prepared to take the exam with an expanded range of knowledge. The instructor was extremely helpful and straight forward with the information, stopping and explaining to anyone who had a question or concern involving any confusing sections. I would highly recommend this class to any participants looking to get a better understanding of the water distribution operator exam. RICARDO P.

They had trouble setting up the visual. Lost about half an hour. Instead of the the class being D1D5, I think it should be broken down like D1D2, D3D4 and D5. Also the materials should specify which ones pertain to what level. Doesn't make sense to study D4 questions when the student is taking a D2 state exam. If you do this, you might not get enough students per class, but I'm sure students will gladly pay MORE if the class was test specific. If this can't be done, maybe break down the class by the hour might help. i.e 810am D1 review, 1012noon D2 etc. At least this will give the student the option to leave so that they won't get information overload a week prior to the exam. james c.

the class was good at the end when the information was more useful. the class started almost thirty minutes late and ended just a little earlier then it was scheduled to. there were subjects that were not even covered that would have been a little more helpful if they were. confined space, lock out tag out,
