Microsoft Dynamics CRM for End Users Courses

This Microsoft Dynamics CRM for End Users course is designed for end user, non-IT personnel that need to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in their daily routine. Students will learn creating and managing accounts; working directly within familiar tools such as Microsoft Outlook®; tracking customer activity and communications; managing campaigns, leads, quotes, contracts, and orders; and employing basic to advanced reporting capabilities.
