The information was relevant, well presented and the best part was the feeling of engagement as she is very good at addressing people directly. I feel that I learned more from this webinar because of that direct engagement.

When there are basic questions that can not be clearly answered on the spot without the instructor looking somthing up or verifying somthing, It would be beneficial for a follow email answering the question. It makes you feel like your getting value from the course.

I liked that she engaged us often through questions that required answering. I also liked that she asked our backgrounds and if we ever worked on ant LEED projects. It is a lot easier to be "present" when your interacting.

Good presentation but there should be a way to allow those who participate to get some kind of hand out of it. Even if they are specially desgined for thos who do the training online webminar, since some time the speed of the presentation does not allow for taking of good notes.
