COURSE DESCRIPTION

Project Management Professional (PMP) is professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA that is based on The PMBOK Guide, a globally recognised standard. PMP is one of the most coveted certifications that is rated as the best in class. This training program is designed to enhance the participant's practical knowledge and experience of Project Management with the knowledge and standard of the PMBOK Guide, and prepare them for the PMP Certification Exam. 

This course is a mix of instructor-led session in a classroom setting, plus hands-on practice using case studies and exercises in a workshop-style setup. Thus, in addition to the exam prep, the course also trains the participants to practice the concepts and guidance on a day-to-day basis. This course is organized in partnership with a global R.E.P. of PMI, and is based on the latest edition of the PMBOK Guide, i.e. the 2012 or the Fifth edition
