Esteban was the instructor. I feel he did wonderful job teaching the most boring topic ( Lead Certification ). He went over all the necessary information while readily taking questions from students. He allowed time for everyone to tell their stories here and there along with some of his own, which kept everyone focused and not so half conscious with this mondain topic. Weather he knows it or not. I believe that is what got me through a day learning regulations. Thanks for the good job!

The training was decent; it went over the 3-hour allotted time for every class. I found this to be disrespectful. You may want to think about extending it to a 6 or 8-week course.
