This intermediate webinar will provide an overview of exemplary performance opportunities in the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) version 3.0 rating system. The course will also describe how points can be collected through the Innovation in Operations category of the EBOM rating system. Every performance option in the LEED EBOM rating system will be covered in this presentation.
