Signed up for public speaking seminar and they talked more about life coaching then they did public speaking. I do believe this class would help some people that were there, but it wasn't what I signed up for. I only stayed for about 2.5 hours of the class before I spoke with the instructor and told her that I did not sign up for the material she was talking about.
