Course Description
This intermediate seminar will provide an overview of exemplary performance options in the LEED for New Construction (NC) version 3.0 rating system. It will describe exemplary performance as a way of exceeding the requirements of existing credits in the rating system. It will also describe how the points can be collected through the Innovation in Design category of the rating system. Every exemplary performance option in the LEED NC rating system will be covered in this presentation.
