For in-person workshop purchases - you will be receiving a confirmation email shortly which will have your ticket(s) and additional event details. Please print it and bring it with you on the day of class. You will receive a second email with your credit card or PayPal receipt.

For webinar purchases - you will receive two emails: one is an instant purchase confirmation and the other will arrive one day prior to your webinar. The second email will have a link to be used to access your course. For webinars that include printed materials like flashcards or study guides (i.e. LEED Exam Prep), these materials will be shipped to arrive before the day of your class.
