Record-keeping is a very important part of the EPA's Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) process. If the EPA wants to look into your work practices, it is unlikely that they will make an appearance at your job site. Instead, they will contact your office and ask you for your records pertaining to a specific job. This RRP Paperwork and Record-Keeping course will help you prepare your records in the event that the EPA wants to review your documentation. Students learn what forms, reports, and letters are required by the EPA and they are taught how to fill these out correctly. Students also learn what documents must be kept on-the-job to be compliant with the RRP Rule, and are taught how to transmit required documents to clients and obtain receipts for documents transmitted.
