Cancellations
All seminars (in-house & scheduled) are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if written notice is given at least 5 business days in advance. You may not receive a refund if written notice is not given at least 5 business days in advance. Substitutions are permitted and must be emailed to contact@GreenEdu.com to be processed. In the event that Green Education Services, LLC cancels an event, a 100% refund will be issued or attendees can choose to apply their registration fees to another Green Education Services event. By submitting payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Relationship with GBCI, USGBC, & LEED
Green Education Services is not associated with the GBCI, USGBC, or LEED and none of the aforementioned entities endorse Green Education Services in any way. Green Education Services will issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of any of our seminars, but said Certificate does not guarantee that any candidate can take the Green Associate Exam - only the GBCI admits applicants to take the exam. Green Education Services does not administer any of the LEED exams.

Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used for your purchases and retained in hard copy form of the original invoice as well as within our database system, which generates our invoices.

We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

Success is largely dependent upon the candidates commitment to a dedicated study plan and other external factors that Green Education Services has no control over.
