This 1-hour certification course is required by law for New Jersey property owners, contractors, weatherization, or maintenance workers performing work on pre-1978 multi-family dwellings with 3 or more residences, or emergency shelters & boarding homes. The certification course explains some additional precautions that are required when working on these types of constructions. If you are taking the EPA Lead Renovator Certification course, you can even take this 1-hour class on the very same day!
