Lisa did a great job of assessing who was in her audience right at the beginning, and then adjusting the style and content of the presentation based on the audience. She was very interactive, within the limits imposed by this format. She constantly asked questions of the participants and had little conversations with folks via voice and chat box. This was by far the best of the 4 webinars of yours that I have now attended.
