Instructor very knowledgable and friendly. Only critical feedback I would offer is that less time could be spent reading the text, we can do that on own. Overall very good course, good instructor, well worth the time.

I found that the course was well organized and utilized two objectiveseducating professionals as to the general concepts of Leed and the specifics of passing the exam. The webinar connection was stable and instructor, Heather,was effortless in her presentation. Bo Baltis

The class was very informative. I know the they mentioned from the beginning that the last class would run over, but I wouldn't mind if the classes were longer in general so we'd have more time to review all the material and not feel rushed. The questions that were asked at the end of every section were helpful, but some of them seemed too basic and easy. I wish more of the questions were asked that were more analitical and not as straigh forward as questions that asked i.e. what LEED stands for.

Easy and pleasant to listen to. The nature of webinars makes them hard to pay attention to. This was not the case with Tiffonie. Very knowledgable and experienced.

Excellent class. She kept the class interesting. My only complaint and this is not because of her is that there is a bit too much to cover over 8 hours. So the last class was very rushed. Maybe the course should be 2.25hours each??

Lisa was very nice. However, she mostly read the slides not helpful we call can read, provided examples which weren't always relevant or focused on non critical parts of the test, and didn't seem informed when asked questions unless is was specifically in the text. I think instructors should present the data in a memorable and impactful manner through great, contemporary examples instead of reading the text. Because once you're on your own, it becomes a total rote exercise with no reference to practical examples.

I believe the course was very very good. The only minor improvements I would request Are

To give students a schedule of the topics that will be covered in each segment in order for them to readprepare in advance.

Include more practice exam question in the webinar. We had a few, but giving more would be nice.

Also, it would be nice to give students a few seconds before they can give an answer or type it. There were many situations where I just needed to think for a few seconds, but then others gave answers right away and the instructor gave comments. This of course cuts your thinking process because the answer is given already. I felt almost left out or never had the chance to go through the thinking process on my own. So I feel I missed out on many of the practice questions. It would be nice to at least give 15 seconds before anyone can type an answer just to give time to read the practice exam question on the screen. LEED GA question could be a bit tricky as you know, so I would wanna be careful reading it to give a correct answer.


Otherwise, the webinar was great in general and I would recommend it to others if occasion came up.

The course was very good, Lisa explained things well and kept everyone interested despite the course being compacted into two 4 hour sessions on two consecutive mornings. I think it would have been useful if a diagram explaining how the cheat sheet actually works and a 1 or 2 page summary of the exam content had been provided.

Lisa did a great job keeping the material interesting, giving us breaks, and being very responsive to questions. While she didn't manage time perfectly, she made up for it by staying late for questions and conversation.

The review class was great. It was well organized and reviewed a lot of pertinent information in a short amount of time. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the LEED subject matter and took the time to answer ALL of my questions during the online class. The only criticism I have about the class is that the second half felt a little rushed as we had a lot of material to review, but just the same, all my questions were answered and Lisa stayed online after the class to answer additional questions from the class. Overall, I feel that this class will provide a great foundation for my LEED Green Association exam preparation. Nicole B.

Lisa was very good at communicating everything needed for the GA exam. She even stayed after class answering questions for a considerable amount of time. She broke down and organized the material so it was easy to understand and clearly explained all concepts and didn't go off on tangents that were not exam related.

It was the first webnar that I took so I do not have a previous experience to compare it to.
My overall impression that the instructor was on top of the material, adhered closely to the booklet. Her voice was clear/strong and she was concise in her answers. If I were to add something it would be some images showing implementation of the ideas expressed in the B/W slides and book.

I thought the course was good. This was my first web based course I was overall pleased. The instructor did a good job of keeping the discourse lively and energetic. The chat mechanism worked fairly well for Q&A.
