Leave the Competition Behind. Whether you are a freelance designer, or head of a multi-million dollar corporation, it is important to stay on top of the cutting edge trends in your industry. In this economy, you can't risk losing out on bids and potential business because you aren't in the know. Having an Accredited Professional on staff can be a highly marketable asset. For example, did you know that all GBCI registered projects that have an Accredited Professional on the job receive an extra point towards the project certification? This easy, single point can be the difference between the project being awarded a Gold versus Silver status. This is just one of many examples of why having an Accredited Professional on staff can give you an edge over your competition.
Signify Your Green Building Expertise. You've worked hard to become educated on green building concepts and strategies. Turn this knowledge into a tangible credential, developed and backed by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Green Associate and Accredited Professional credentials have gained national and global notoriety as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system becomes one of the most widely used standards for green building and design. Having these credentials after your name and on your resume will help you become a more attractive candidate for green jobs, consulting gigs, and other opportunities in the green building field.
New Directions, New Business. Capitalize on the Green Collar economy. Whether you are looking to start a new career path, or develop new business for your company, accreditation can be a stepping-stone to new contacts and new opportunities for success in the green building and design fields.
Make a Difference in How We Design & Build. Many current methods used in the building industry can be harmful to our planet, our communities, and even our health. Take action towards improving this system, by learning and implementing more sustainable, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient practices. Whether it's developing improved waste management strategies, or spearheading the installation of a green roof, individuals of all skills and backgrounds can play an integral role in promoting and implementing this change.
With LEED Exam Prep courses available as public courses, in-house training, and online webinars, becoming accredited has never been easier! Very apt instructor.
Although she could have taken more control of the class by being more stern with the students. There was a bit of run off with discussions from the other students.
By Zev H. - Attended class on December 4, 2013
Tiffonie was excellent. She had many great "side bars" to contribute to the slide show, which really made a difference as the format is rather long and boring. I think the stories/extra bits of info helped my brain to better absorb the test prep material. Her extensive industry experience really made the course more facinating than anticipated.
By Rick N. - Attended class on December 4, 2013
Tiffonie was professional in her presentation of the material and showed a strong understanding of what she was teaching. She was also open to questions and provided interesting anecdotes related to the material.
By Rodger G. - Attended class on December 4, 2013
The instructor was knowlegable and easy to listen to for an architect. She brought up a number of interesting topics that I enjoyed hearing about..
My suggestion, intended to be as constructive as possible is If you provide a power point presentation which includes a projected image on overhead AND a booklet which shows the entire presentation slide by slide there is really no reason to ALSO have an instructor read it word for word. Live instruction should be in augmentation to the written material. If it is not, I personally would prefer to take the course content online or by some other computer method.which can be worked at through my own time frame.
By Susan P. - Attended class on December 4, 2013
The instructor was excellent. The materials are a bit dry, but she made it all understandable.
By Robert D. - Attended class on November 21, 2013
The course was very informative and the instructor, Lynn Streich, did an excellent job! Planning to take the test before the Year's End!
My only criticism was that a better parking plan could have been made available and some snacks would have been nice.
By Rob F. - Attended class on November 21, 2013
The course instructor was very good.
By Mike W. - Attended class on November 21, 2013
Very good course, covered everything for the test.
By Robert S. - Attended class on November 16, 2013
Overall the class and the instructor were excellent. Only thing i have to say is the instructor might need to slow down when talking or get more enteraction with the students.
By Lyle L. - Attended class on November 11, 2013

By Harold F. - Attended class on November 7, 2013
Well prepared and knowledgeable. A lot of information for a one day course.
By Ronda C. - Attended class on November 7, 2013
I think that Jean is very friendly and approachable, she made a point to connect with each student's professional discipline whenever the topic area was relavent. I think my rating is partially based on her delivery, but also on the prep material, which may not be her responsibility. In some instances, it didn't seem as though she knew enough details about the intricacies and couldn't supply sufficient answers. Granted, there wer diverse interests and levels of understanding in the room, so it might be difficult to find anyone who coult truly master the audience.
By Zaira S. - Attended class on November 7, 2013
She was open to any questions and very helpful. It was a whole day class and I left feeling like I had the right tools to study on my own and schedule the exam.
By Joni P. - Attended class on November 5, 2013
Greg was excellent I learned a lot!

Lisa was very helpful and informative thoughout the entire course. I was very pleased with the timemanagement, Lisa managed to kept the class interesting and interactive, yet, cover all materials on time. Overall, the class's experience was excellent and I am very happy to had Lisa as my LEED GA instructor.

Lisa was attentive, patient and very knowledgable to all of our questions.
By Kelly D. - Attended class on October 29, 2013
I thought our instructor was knowledgable of the subject and kept our class mates involved from start to finish. He was insightful to our questions and many times complementary in keeping with LEED's core message and encouraged all of us to pursue additional LEED course studies.
By Peter Jason B. - Attended class on October 29, 2013
The instructor, Lorne, was pleasant and familiar with the material and the course.

This by far was the best class I have ever taken. The instructor was very engaging and encouraged real life experiences to further instill the material. I thought the class was going to be boring, but it was not at all. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in taking the LEED GA test, it was worth every penny.
By Laura R. - Attended class on October 25, 2013
She was very informative. I think the class could have been more interesting by different ways of reviewing the booklet.

By Scott M. - Attended class on October 21, 2013
Justin did a great job!!
By John W. - Attended class on October 18, 2013
The instructor was excellent but the amount of material to cover would make this a better 1216 hour class instead of 8. There was little time to pause for indepth questions.
Followup study guides and links need to be provided at the time of the class which they were not.
By Craig G. - Attended class on October 15, 2013
classroom was freezing, and there were a few questions that our instructor was a bit unclear on, but overall she really knew her stuff and kept us all awake and engaged. i would definitely recommend this course for those wanting to take their LEED GA.
By Raul R. - Attended class on October 15, 2013
Lisa was a great instructor, she went step by step covering all aspects of the course. She used her knowledge on the field and used it to show us how LEED works.
By Amy F. - Attended class on October 15, 2013
Lisa is an excellent presenter. She is very knowledgeable about her topic and extremely enthusiastic about LEED!! I learned a lot with how well she broke down the information and related it to real world applications. The course itself was a bit long, packed with a ton of great information. I would have liked to have slowed down a bit to really grasp the concepts towards the end of the day. All in all, it was terrific.
By Marilyn H. - Attended class on October 15, 2013
Lisa kept the course interesting and lively and used great examples. I would highly recommend her.
By Bharti P. - Attended class on October 15, 2013

Eight hours went very quickly....
By Ronda T. - Attended class on October 15, 2013
Lisa was a very good teacher. She used personal examples to help explain the material. This made the class more interesting. There was a lot of material to review all in an 8 hour session.
By Janet B. - Attended class on October 10, 2013
She covered the material very thoroughly and in a manner that made difficult subjects easier to understand. She also answered all our questions and offered helpful tips on the exam.

By Cezar H. - Attended class on September 27, 2013
Great instructor, awesome experience.
By Ashley C. - Attended class on September 26, 2013
Lisa was very interactive and asked questions that brought up discussion, in a manner that related to course materials.
She provided sufficient breaks and knew when we needed one. Her enthusiasm was remarkable and I am VERY excited to sit for my LEED GA exam. Thanks Lisa!
By Jay A. - Attended class on September 26, 2013
Lisa was a very attentive and dynamic teacher, equally attuned to the needs and interests of the class and the time constraints and content of the class. She was able to both answer all questions and relate to each students' experience in the several fields we represented, yet finish the full scope of the class, all a few minutes before the allotted time elapsed. Impressive!
By GARY B. - Attended class on September 26, 2013
She did an AWESOME job !!
By Wendy P. - Attended class on September 23, 2013
I thought the instructor was good but you could tell she had taught the class numerous times and she went through the material very quickly not really explaining some of the details of the info on the slides unless you asked. I get that she was trying to only cover the what was important for the exam but I wanted to learn the details of the info provided. She responded well to questions and explained items when asked and gave good examples. I would use her again but would ask her to slow down and give even more examples to ensure understanding.
By Kaleigh C. - Attended class on September 23, 2013
The class was very informative. It made the material much easier to understand.
By Ohlisa G. - Attended class on September 20, 2013
I really liked the small class; I thought the class was going to be boring; but Lisa really made it fun to attend. I really enjoyed it. Also. the material was well organized & prepared, which makes it easier for me to study.
By Gregory H. - Attended class on September 20, 2013
Great intro class for LEED. Liked the location and the setting; also the small class size. Would have like a little more on filling out the score sheet.
By Shervin B. - Attended class on September 20, 2013
You are a truly great instructor and despite my absence, you still put a smile on your face and welcomed me in the class. Your knowledge and input will be a sure thing for anyone to pass the LEED test. I hope to be part of another class you teach soon.
By Jordan S. - Attended class on September 16, 2013
The instructor was extremely entertaining considering the material that was being covered. She made the class fun. I walked out of that classs knowing a lot more than I anticipated. I would only say that the venue was not what I expected. The receptionist was extremely rude. Other than that, excellent class.
