"I personally attended a Green Education Services seminar and was so impressed I brought them to our office to train our staff, colleagues and clients on LEED. Fifteen staff members attended the LEED GA training and all 15 have passed the exam. The consensus was clear that the training provided by Green Education Services was key to learning the LEED GA requirements."

LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C)

LEED Certification seminars for LEED APLEED for Building Design and Construction covers New Construction, Core & Shell, and Schools under LEED 2009. The focus is on institutional, commercial, & large-scale residential projects with modifications that dealt with shortcomings from previous versions. Developed by U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building rating system and covers all elements of building construction including: project site, water consumption, energy, materials, air quality, and design innovation.

Why should you attend this seminar?

1.) The changes to LEED are substantial and attendance at a green building seminar is the easiest & most comprehensive way to get yourself up-to-speed. The seminar will thoroughly prepare candidates for this exam, as it covers the point structure and requirements of each LEED credit.

2.) All AIA members who attend the seminar will receive 8.0 HSW credits (4 of which satisfy the Sustainable Design requirement)! Non-AIA members can use our certificate of completion for self-reporting the 8 contact hours.

3.) Our seminars are an interactive, intimate and intense collaborative learning experience including analysis of real-world examples of LEED principles and certified projects; study techniques that will help you become exam-prepared in as little as 20 days; supplementary study materials; ongoing phone/email support from your instructor until your test date; and more!
