Dorsey, president of Dorsey Health and Safety Consulting, holds a Masters Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering and is a former OSHA Compliance Officer and Health and Safety Programs Manager for NC Baptist Hospitals and its subsidiary multispecialty physician outpatient practices. In addition, Alicia is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, having completed over 26 OSHA Training Institute classes.
