Lisa was great at explaining the concepts and highlighting what information woudl be on the test. I liked her "real life" examples to show how the standards could be applied.

The trainer was very knowledgable and excited about what she was teaching. The pace was slow for me, when taken an online class it is easy to get distracted and this was no exception. I liked that it was broken into two days. I would suggest adding homework questions in between the two days with answers that you can find answers from that days slides. It would force a review of the material instead of in one ear out the other. Maybe some questions to look ahead and get ready for the next day as well.

Could include more comprehensive study material... maybe print out the practice exams and stuff rather than sending a bunch of links. I feel like I still need to buy a comprehensive study book...

Lisa was a great instructor. Very dynamic and animated in her presentation so as to engage the class.
The only critic I would have is that since our time was so short and there was so much material, so could have cut back on her personal stories having to do with the topic.

The instructor did a great job in teaching the fundamentals of the course. She took the time in responding to the questions presented, had a great sense of humor among the "distractions" occurred with the communication, but all in all she was very easy to approach, explained terminology and ensured that we understood the process.

This can be a very boring/complicated subject matter, however, Tiffonie was an amazing instructor and made it very easy to understand. She kept me interested and I actually feel like I learned more than I ever have about the green initiative. She was professional, considerate, direct and thorough. I am a government employee and we take lots of trainings and I would say this is the best training I have had in my 18 year career. I would love to take any other classes she is teaching. Great job Tiffonie!

Instructor was very knowledgeable of subject matter but 8 hr online course was too much and message was lost. Such detail to information, but greatness of instructor was lost on participant due to length. Possible correction would to have been videolinked so that we could have felt like we were involved with instructor and other participants. Very concerned about ability to pass testing with quality of training. printed material will be a good study tool, but could have read on my on without training as I'll have to do before testing anyway. No reflection on instructor, she commented on not regular format for training. Thank you

Maria is a nice and friendly person who you felt comfortable with doing training. I learn about human and environmental health water savings, energy efficiency, and indoor environment quality.
