He anticipated our needs, had the right attitude, his appearance projected the image that he knew what he was doing,he showed action by doing what he said he was going to do, he gave assurrance by telling us what to expect and what the next steps would be. Greg was top notch, I have been in the building industry 30 years and have gone to classes like this over the years and most of the instructors usually miss something or can't quite answer certain questions correctly. Greg was very complete and you could tell he knew his stuff. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to have him as a instructor. Thanks J. Wade

Lisa was great at explaining the concepts and highlighting what information woudl be on the test. I liked her "real life" examples to show how the standards could be applied.

The trainer was very knowledgable and excited about what she was teaching. The pace was slow for me, when taken an online class it is easy to get distracted and this was no exception. I liked that it was broken into two days. I would suggest adding homework questions in between the two days with answers that you can find answers from that days slides. It would force a review of the material instead of in one ear out the other. Maybe some questions to look ahead and get ready for the next day as well.

Could include more comprehensive study material... maybe print out the practice exams and stuff rather than sending a bunch of links. I feel like I still need to buy a comprehensive study book...

Lisa was a great instructor. Very dynamic and animated in her presentation so as to engage the class.
The only critic I would have is that since our time was so short and there was so much material, so could have cut back on her personal stories having to do with the topic.

The instructor did a great job in teaching the fundamentals of the course. She took the time in responding to the questions presented, had a great sense of humor among the "distractions" occurred with the communication, but all in all she was very easy to approach, explained terminology and ensured that we understood the process.

I learn well from following along on the slides, line by line, but I would of liked to had some more deviation from having the slides read to me, i.e. personal insights, add'l info, side notes, etc.

She gave some great examples of her experiance related to the topics that were being presented. Mostly read the slides.
