Green Education Services BPI Energy Auditing Building Analyst Training The Building Performance Institute (BPI) is a nationally recognized certification, accreditation, and quality assurance body for home performance contractors. Focusing on the house as a system approach, BPI emphasizes the interdependence of building systems as they relate to energy consumption. BPI Building Analyst certification is the nation's most widely recognized energy auditor certification. Endorsed by the DOE, certification is required for participation in many state and national contractor incentive programs.

BPI training is meant for those who currently work hands-on in the construction and/or remodeling industries. Contractors, Inspectors, Mechanical Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Builders, and Architects stand to benefit from attaining this certification.

Duration: 5 days (see chart below)
Summary: This course trains students how to be BPI Building Analysts and prepares them for the BPI national written and field exam. Both required examinations are included with registration.
